K. JAYAKISHAN, Director, ICAP Trust

Jayakishan’s experience spans over 20 years in project planning and development, policy advisory and structuring project transactions especially for development under Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) frameworks. Having worked across multiple sectors including transportation, urban infrastructure, commercial and industrial infrastructure, and tourism, he has played the role of an adviser to central and state governments, corporates and development agencies on various project, policy and strategy initiatives. An electrical engineer and a master’s in business administration, Jayakishan started his career with Feedback Ventures Ltd., subsequently with L&T Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd. (infrastructure project finance arm of the Larsen & Toubro group) and DIMTS Ltd. (a joint venture of IDFC and Delhi) before taking up his current role at iDeCK. Since the year 2014, he has been the Chief Executive Officer at iDeCK.

DR. V. SATHYANARAYANA, PhD., Director (Non-Executive), ICAP Trust

Dr. Sathyanarayana has done his Post Doctorate study in Economics from the Institute for Social and Economic Change, Bangalore and a Doctorate in Law from the prestigious National Law School of India University, Bangalore. He has worked for the Central Government and State Government for nearly 19 years and is familiar with public policy making, legislative business and regulatory frameworks. Later he worked with iDeCK for nearly 20 years in the legal, corporate and HR wings. He has extensive project experience in the urban sector, specially water and sanitation projects, sanitary landfills, commercial properties etc.  He has contributed to Policy and Regulatory matters in the transportation sector. He is familiar with bid process management in highway projects, airports, ports and rail infrastructure across India. Among Sathya’s major achievements are: being a Master Trainer in the National PPP Capacity Building Program; Key Resource Person at the Administrative Training Institute at Mysore, to train officers in the Government of Karnataka; At the IDFC Foundation, he has trained officers of Ministry of Finance, Government of Nigeria, the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission at Lagos, Government of India Ministries and State Government departments.

DR. PANKAJKUMAR SAMPAT, PhD., Associate Director, ICAP Trust

With over 29 years of experience in civil engineering and planning for design, execution and governance in the cities, I have a track record of delivering completed projects and assignments by innovative approach using analytical and design tools, which lead me to bridging the gaps by scientific and techno-legal solutions of the issues. This resulted in cost saving, best return on investment by team work, knowledge sharing and dedicated hard work. Working with the private sector, government organisations, as well as academia enabled me to effectively communicate and deliver to stakeholders from all three sectors. Dr Sampat also holds the position of Senior Vice President at iDeCK and is the Head of the Urban Sector.

PRIYADARSHINI MOHANTY, Senior Manager, ICAP Trust

Priyardarshini has joined ICAP Trust in the capacity of Senior Manager. She has done an M Phil from Utkal University, Odisha and Post-Graduate Programme in Development Management (PGPDM) from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR), Mumbai. She has over 12 years of professional experience in conducting research and capacity building programme, programme design and monitoring and evolution of social sector programmes. Besides her core profession, she takes lots of interest in trekking, and reading.
