The Trust undertakes all training and capacity building initiatives involving training needs assessment through stakeholder consultations for development of customised content and pedagogy modules, rapid baseline and rapid training needs assessment, monitoring and training impact measurement, master trainer training and expanding the empanelled base of trainer resource personnel. We cater to the demand based capacity building programmes, hand-holding support for project development and plan preparation for programme implementation support, and research studies and publications. Services are rendered so as to play a significant role in delivering multiple training programmes to civil servants, development functionaries and elected people’s representatives from the government departments/ para statal agencies; consultancies/ lenders and other stakeholders.
